It is not my first visit to this hotel, but unfortunately, this time was a complete disaster. The issues started right at check-in. None of the staff seemed welcoming or even smiled. The front desk staff member, Nermeen, kept telling us we would get a room after an hour or more, even though I arrived at 2 PM, the designated check-in time. It wasn’t until I expressed my disappointment that her colleague suddenly found a ready room for us. To make matters worse, I requested the sofa bed to be prepared for my daughter, only to be told that the housekeeping staff was on lunch break—completely unprofessional. The problems didn’t end there. At night, the room above us caused a huge disturbance, throwing water balloons at us and making excessive noise. Despite multiple complaints, it took several calls and the intervention of the duty manager to resolve the issue. The next day was no better. I left the hotel at 11 AM after placing the “Make Up Room” sign on the door, only to return three hours later to find the room untouched. No cleaning, no fresh water bottles—nothing. I called the reception multiple times, and each time they said they would send housekeeping, but no one showed up. This was an utterly terrible experience, and the service was far below acceptable standards. I will think twice before returning to this hotel again.
